Quick and Easy

Hello!

Day 5.

What’s coming up today?

This moment. This breath.

What we find is that when we break things down and isolate them, we really begin to see how unsettling we feel life is. Perhaps we see what is important to us. Perhaps we see what we cling to. Perhaps we see what we deny.

At first it looks like the in breath, or breathing in general, or something the mind does… but if you stick with it for some time, you will keep peeling back the layers until you see the root cause of the initial difficulties of following the instructions and maintaining awareness.

You might, after some extended period of time have a flash of insight about yourself, your world, nature, or God.

At first, you have to get through the chop. You have to learn to stay until you gain clarity. You have to be ok without being able to change a single thing about yourself, your thought(s), your emotions, the patterning you experience in this exact present moment.

But, over time, with constant practice, you will see and notice a shift.

You didn’t even have to do anything.

It’s just that after some period of time of watching the breath and staying, you are experiencing different people in different ways. You are becoming. You are becoming whole again.

And that is a miracle.

Sincerely,

Charry Shakti OM

“This is the real secret of life — to be completely engaged with what you are doing in the here and now. And instead of calling it work, realize it is play.”
