One Foot Forward

Hello!

There are some days that feel better than others…

When things are feeling at positive, what do you turn to for self soothing?

Are they self destructive tendencies that have control over you, or Self sustaining activities which create a bridge over troubled waters?

Let’s take the next 3 days to explore your actions. Journal about the details of your life and see where you get caught. Maybe you have no stress at this time, great. Take a good look at how you are living when you aren’t stressed out! Do you take advantage of the time and energy and space to make some longer strides? Or do you fall into a holding pattern of inactivity when there’s no rub in your life?

No matter what, there is a lot of ground for you to do some work!

Drama or no drama. Everything is there for your liberation!
