Let Go. Let Go. Let Go.

There is a mantra.

It’s called “let go”.

You will have to figure out what you need to “let go” of and exactly how to do it.

But, all the wisdom traditions are very clear. “Let GO!”

What causes suffering? Attachment!

That is all the texts say!

Well- shit. What do I do with that when my life is in total disarray and turmoil and sadness and ….. PAIN and SUFFERING?


Darn it!

That is attachment! Reliving traumas! FOR SURE that doesn’t feel good or help.

So HOW sacred texts and teachings and ascended masters?

HOW do I let go of my attachments (not to mention my aversions?)?
