What do I do when….?

This comment came in:

“What does it mean when I see a blue light at the space between the eyebrows?”

As Sri Dharma Mittra says: “Good for you.” and then he would laugh.

Any light shows or experiences such as perception of sensation and vibration, interesting visions, or exchanges psychically/mentally are there for your motivation and to keep you moving forward.

You may be making progress. You may not be.

It all depends. haha!

Some people are more visual in nature. Some are more sensitive. Some are more clairvoyant.

It’s not the experience that matters in the end anyway. It’s that you did the work, for the sake of the work. The rest (i.e. the fancy lights and colors and digital psychic displays) are just that- a fancy distraction from the inner paradise.

Remain steadfast in your conviction to Know Thy Self. And in so doing, you will know the Ultimate and Absolute Truth.

“Through my love for you, I want to express my love for the whole cosmos, the whole of humanity, and all beings. By living with you, I want to learn to love everyone and all species. If I succeed in loving you, I will be able to love everyone and all species on Earth… This is the real message of love.”
Thich Nhat Hanh, Teachings on Love

What is Love?

I’m going to open up the dialog here. Please comment below.

Does love change? Or do we change?

When and if we change, can we stay “in love”?

Are there many kinds of love- or just kinds of loving relationships?

What does it take to “fall out of love”?

How do you change the habit energy of being “with” someone when you no longer “love” them?

Can you “cultivate” and “practice” loving?

Lots of questions. Meditate and Comment please.

“I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you simply, without problems or pride: I love you in this way because I do not know any other way of loving but this, in which there is no I or you, so intimate that your hand upon my chest is my hand, so intimate that when I fall asleep your eyes close.”
Pablo Neruda, 100 Love Sonnets
