Notes from Today’s Practice

Hello Dear Members!

Happy Day!

I hope this finds you doing well and enjoying your practice.

I find that every time I put my practice in the forefront of my daily routine, something shifts. Something inexplicable happens.

Sometimes it’s just a simple better.

Sometimes that “better” means lighter, taller, more centered, more confident, more resilient, more fearless.

Sometimes that “better” means more curious, open, tapped in, turned on, bright.

And sometimes the inexplicable means Self Knowledge, Understanding, and Compassionate Loving Wisdom.

No matter what, it is not anything special or great though.

It is just part of the process of choosing to live in the questions, that a box stuffed with answers and exactitudes.

It is just part of being who I am.

And YET, there are so many days and time periods when I put the practice on the back burner. Not even a burner- off to the side where the clutter starts to cover it up and hide it. So that I forget how good the practice feels!

Until I am reminded. Or I simply remember (partly out of habit;)).

And I am already back then!

Sometimes I have to set up Challenges and Tests. This keeps my mind and will power activated. I have something to work “toward”. This can be quite helpful.

And there are other times when the practice itself is enough to keep my momentum up.

I watch now. I listen. I observe.

The inner world is fascinating. It transfixes me, my mind, my soul. It is astounding and beyond any words or form or ways of describing it.

That’s what I am transmitting in the daily sound cloud meditations. The inner experience of Self.

It’s up to you what to do with all that you find inside.

I hope you keep going. I hope to see you soon.

Take good care and have a great day.

Love, CSO
